26/07/2016
Swiss sportswear brand X-Bionic has appointed a new chief executive officer, naming Cornelis (Cees) de Witte as the person who will take up the role from August 1, replacing X-Bionic’s founder and owner, Professor Bodo Lambertz, who remains chairman of the company.

Before this move, Cees de Witte was European president for snow and ski brand Spyder.

On making the announcement, Professor Lambertz said he wanted to bring in someone with brand-building and marketing experience to help X-Bionic grow. The company has said it continues to innovate and intends to launch new products in the near future that it says will help athletes break through to new levels of performance.
