Jihua granted licence for Huntsman dyes

The agreement, which takes effect immediately, will see Huntsman and Jihua sell the Super Black products under their respective tradenames. Jihua will also have the right to sub-license the products.
“The partnership with Jihua Group will significantly enhance our competitiveness in China which is a very important market for Huntsman”, said Rohit Aggarwal, president of Huntsman Textile Effects.
Jihua Group chairman, Shao Bojin, said the company are “extremely honoured” to have entered into a strategic agreement with Huntsman, which he described as a “global leader”. He added that the agreement would see Jihua’s “strengths in manufacturing” compliment “Huntsman’s extensive global reach and technological innovation”.
