Huntsman bags two DMAI awards

Chemicals group Huntsman Corp received two awards at the annual general meeting of the Dyestuff Manufacturers' Association of India Awards (DMAI) in Mumbai.

Its Textile Effects division was named as the 2016 winner in the category of 'Excellent Performance in Exports of Dyestuffs by a Large Scale Unit' and also won in the 'Excellent Performance in Safety & Hazards Control by a Large Scale Unit' category.

The DMAI said the awards are recognition of Huntsman Textile Effects’ contribution to supporting the environment, maintain health and safety standard and ensuring the sustainability of the textile industry.
