Gore to merge bike and running apparel divisions

WL Gore has announced that it will combine its Gore Bike Wear and Gore Running Wear divisions from Spring/Summer 2018 to form a new entity called Gore wear. 

The company explained that it has made this change to reflect the changing behaviour of consumers. It is designed to streamline the consumer experience by bringing all the products under the same roof. 
All products from this new division will come under a new naming system, which makes it easier for retailers and consumers to find that products that suit their needs. 

As well as cycling and running collections, Gore wear will offer an additional range of products specially engineered for the needs on all-round athletes. For the spring/summer 2018 season, this will include base layers and accessories like gloves and socks.
