Messe Frankfurt continues expansion into Africa

The events have taken place since 2014 and showcase products in a number of categories including denim, lingerie, knitwear, sportswear, workwear and accessories. This year they welcomed 120 exhibitors from Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, China and a number of Western European countries.
The move follows on from Messe Frankfurt’s acquisition of two South Africa-based trade shows, Source Africa and ATF (Apparel, Textile & Footwear), and the incorporation of its Texworld, Apparel Sourcing and Texprocess events into the 2017 edition of Africa Sourcing and Fashion Week (October 3-6 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia).
