Change of leadership for Interbike exhibition

He takes over from Pat Hus, who has been in charge of the show since 2011. He is leaving to pursue other opportunities, organiser Emerald Expositions announced.
“Justin has an intimate knowledge of the cycling industry, having worked in the space for over 20 years and has been a senior part of the Interbike team for six years,” said Darrell Denny, executive vice president of Emerald Expositions. “He has a broad range of successful experience in bicycle retail, wholesale and at the brand level and has been an integral leader at Interbike.”
Mr Gottlieb joined Emerald, which also owns the Outdoor Retailer exhibitions, in 2012. Since then, he has been Interbike’s PR director. He has also managed a range of Interbike projects, such as the Mechanics Challenge.
The next Interbike exhibition will take place from September 18-20 in Reno-Tahoe, Nevada. This will be the show’s first edition since its move from Las Vegas.
