Increase in visitor numbers at Techtextil NA and Texprocess Americas

The recent Techtextil North America and Texprocess Americas exhibitions (May 22-24 in Atlanta, Georgia) welcomed a total of 8,292 visitors, 4% more than for the last edition in Atlanta in 2016.

This year, there were 567 exhibitors across the two events, representing 32 countries. Country pavilions included Italy, Belgium, China, Taiwan and Germany. 

“It was clear that everyone, both visitors and exhibitors, could feel the energy and excitement on the show floor,” said Dennis Smith, president and CEO of organiser Messe Frankfurt. 

He went on to praise the “immense amount of talent and innovation” coming from the US textile industry and said Techtextil North America and Texprocess Americas represent a great way to showcase this. 

The 2019 edition of Techtextil North America will take place in Raleigh, North Carolina, before it returns to Atlanta to be co-located with Texprocess Americas again in 2020.
