HeiQ recruits experienced industry figures

Swiss textile technology innovator HeiQ has created two new leadership roles within its management structure, which it says are designed to strengthen the sales, marketing and technical support it offers to its brand partners.

The company has named Collen Nipkow as its marketing director for North America. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of HeiQ’s marketing strategy in the region. She arrives with more than 25 years of experience in the outdoor industry, including time at Polygiene, Scarpa North America and Black Diamond Equipment.

At the same time, HeiQ announced the appointment of Paul Middleton as Brandforce Europe and technical director of Brandforce. This position will see him assume responsibility for managing relations with the company’s European partners. He previously served as technical director of Polygiene.
