Nike’s sustainability chief to speak at Copenhagen Fashion Summit

The organisers of the Copenhagen Fashion Summit have added six more names to the list of speakers for the next edition of the event, which takes place in the Danish capital from May 15-16.

The new speakers include Noel Kinder, chief sustainability officer of sportswear manufacturer Nike. Helen Crowley, head of sustainable sourcing innovation for luxury group Kering, and Dorte Rye Olsen, sustainability manager of Denmark-based clothing company Bestseller, will also take part. 

They join an already extensive contributor line-up, which includes: Cyrill Gutsch, founder of ocean clean-up group Parley for the Oceans; Baptiste Carriere-Pradal, vice president of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition; Ellen MacArthur, founder of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation; and François-Henri Pinault, chairman and CEO of Kering.
