Eurojersey makes strides in sustainability

Its vertical manufacturing structure means it can save water; last year it reused 30 million litres, with energy savings of 200 TOE (tons of oil equivalent).
During the year, the Italian company also reduced its consumption of methane gas by 350,000 cubic metres.
It said: “Waste avoidance is an absolute priority: the reduction of scrap and the optimisation of dyeing and printing methods, along with an attentive management of packaging, have led to significant results in this respect, such as an annual saving of 4,000 metres of cellophane and 9,000 cardboard packaging tubes.”
Eurojersey also supports WWF Italy’s Safe Sharks campaign and will donate Sensitive fabric t-shirts to fishermen and WWF volunteers.
