The ‘Now you know’ campaign includes a YouTube video encouraging consumers to think about the resources used to make their clothing, and a QR code that leads to a website that details the company’s sustainability programme.
The Sensitive range of warp-knit technical fabrics has a lighter environmental footprint, according to Eurojersey, because they machine washable on a cold water cycle, quick drying, don’t need to be ironed and are made to be durable.
The environmental impact of the manufacturing process is measured against 16 metrics , enabling the company to reduce water, energy and carbon emissions, it added.
