‘Celestial’, second skin graphene garments land at Directa Plus

Directa Plus, a producer of graphene nanoplatelet-based products, has launched two items of “high-tech and fashionable”, graphene-enriched clothing, accompanied by two new variations of its antiviral G+ (referring to Directa’s proprietary Graphene Plus technology) co-masks.

Graphene Plus, a “wonder material” according to the company, has been applied throughout, on account of its antibacterial, antiviral, “extremely resistant” and both heat and electricity conductive properties.

The so-called unisex Cosmic collection includes the Tech sports t-shirt, 2004 jacket (named after the year graphene was properly isolated and characterised by physicists) and two co-masks, christened Moonlight and Earthshine.

Founder and CEO of Directa Plus, Giulio Cesareo, elaborated on the idea behind the collection: “The idea of delivering wearable graphene garments to the public comes from our experience with the G+ co-mask.

“We realised that by experiencing Graphene Plus directly, customers can better understand how the graphene industry will deliver disruptive performance in everyday life applications.”

The Cosmic collection is available for purchase via a dedicated website
