ThruDark unveils SF Raid waterproof trousers
UK-based performance outerwear brand ThruDark, developed by two former special forces personnel with a combined 27 years of military service between them, has teased its new SF Raid waterproof trousers, available “winter 2021”.
The made-in-Italy trousers offer “uncompromising performance”, the brand said, provided by three-layer waterproof Schoeller fabric containing an adaptive c_change membrane. The bionic climate c_change membrane makes the material waterproof and windproof and allows it to adapt to changing temperatures and activities.
Highly articulated patterning “allows for maximum movement and minimal exposure’, ThruDark explained. Furthermore, YKK Aquaguard zips “halt rain and snow, in the harshest conditions.”
The trousers have been developed to withstand “harsh, intense climates, prolonged exposure to weather and abrasion from gear and adverse terrain,” the brand said.
