A response from Puma to ongoing outdoor enthusiasm
Sports brand Puma is to launch a new outdoor footwear and apparel collection called Seasons.
It said the collection is “rooted in trail running” but is versatile enough for a wide range of other outdoor activities.
Components include Gore-Tex in the collection’s multi-terrain trail footwear and Sympatex breathable weather-resistant material in a jacket called Stormcell.
General manager for Puma’s running and training collections, Erin Longin, said at the time of the announcement: “As a result of the pandemic and the closure of gyms and studios, we saw more and more people looking to the outdoors for fitness, health, and wellness. We knew this would be a lasting behavior and people were looking for gear that would perform in the outdoor environment.”
