Athlete ambassadors on board for HDry in Europe
Waterproof, breathable membrane technology developer HDry has announced a group of climbers and mountain athletes from Italy, Switzerland, France and Spain that will make up its athlete ambassador team.
Now the Italian company has said it will look for winter sports professionals in North America to join them.
The athlete ambassadors will work with HDry on product development, testing and promotional activity, showcasing the way its technology works in products including gloves and footwear.
It directly laminates its membrane technology to the inside of a shoe’s upper or the outer shell of a glove. In this way, it says, it eliminates any space between layers in which moisture could build up.
“We are excited to welcome these exceptional athletes to the HDry family,” said the brand’s chief executive and co-founder, Matteo Morlacchi. “They are pushing the boundaries of their sport and we are honoured to provide them with products that meet their demands.”
