New executive team at Dovetail

Based in Portland, Oregon, Dovetail makes workwear exclusively for women, using eco-responsible fabrics, ethical sourcing and manufacturing, and offered in inclusive sizing. The company founded in 2018 has made two new appointments.

Its co-founder Sara DeLuca has been promoted to VP of Product, and Linda Reese has been recruited to oversee the company’s marketing department. Ms Reese previously held corporate brand and marketing positions at Sorel, Columbia Sportswear and InSport International, before co-founding a branding and marketing agency SparkTank.

Ms DeLuca created the brand’s first product, the Maven Pant, and had worked for Gap and Adidas previously.
