Financially-boosted Perfect Moment segues into city wear
Skiwear brand Perfect Moment has launched its first City Outerwear Capsule Collection, which it says signals its evolution beyond its alpine roots into year-round, lifestyle wear.
Jane Gottschalk, president of Perfect Moment, said: “With this new capsule, we’re redefining what luxury performance wear looks like beyond the slopes. This launch represents our continued transformation into a global lifestyle retail brand.”
At the end of August, the brand completing two financing transactions totalling $6.6 million. Max Gottschalk, Perfect Moment’s chairman, extended just over $5 million in loans to the company, providing working capital to support product purchases and operations. Separately, X Cubed Capital Management bought around $1.5 million in shares.
“These financings demonstrate strong confidence in Perfect Moment’s strategy and brand potential,” said Mr Gottschalk. “With enhanced financial flexibility, the company now has the resources to capitalise on upcoming opportunities, deliver on its growth plan, and continue building momentum throughout fiscal 2026.”
