Invista ups focus on bio processes

It follows Invista’s announcement last month of a similar agreement with LanzaTech, a New Zealand company that has moved its headquarters to the US.
Warren Primeaux, president of Invista Intermediates, said, “We see Eucodis’ capabilities as very complementary to our own and are pleased to announce this collaboration, which aims to accelerate Invista’s progress on a number of biotechnology initiatives.”
Invista believes biotechnology has the potential to significantly improve the cost and availability of several chemicals and raw materials that are used to produce its products.
