Two brands commit funding to EOCA projects

The European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA) has announced that Osprey Europe and Pacsafe have each committed to sponsor conservation projects through the organisation.

Pacsafe has committed $20,000 to a project that will address the threats to the Leatherback, Green and Hawksbill turtles on the remote Pacuare beach in Costa Rica. Measures will include habitat restoration, beach patrols, an egg hatchery and education.

Osprey Europe has committed €28,800 to support Bird Conservation Georgia’s project to address the threat of hunting to over one million raptors, which migrate through the foothills of the Lesser Caucasus in Georgia each migration season.
