Euratex announces details of Milan convention

Textile industry association Euratex has invited business leaders, policy makers and media to join it for the 2015 edition of the annual Euratex Convention, which will take place in Milan on November 18, in conjunction with ITMA textile technology fair. The theme for the convention will be sustainable innovation in the textile and clothing industry.

Euratex said on announcing the event that it hopes the convention will “launch a debate on the challenges of tomorrow for the industry”.

It said: “Sustainable production has become an integral part of business strategy. This includes innovation of production process, resource efficiency, recycling and use of sustainable textile materials, as well as exploring new business models.”
