Archroma’s Singapore affiliate receives award

The Singapore affiliate of textile chemicals manufacturer Archroma was named “Asia Best Employer Brand” by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress & Stars of the Industry Group.

The award recognises organisations in Asia who have established their brand as an employer of choice. Archroma says is shows Archroma has developed a distinct identity that is visible through its best practices, policies and strategy in human resources.

“We couldn’t be any prouder,” said Ravi Bhogaraju, head of human resources for Asia at Archroma. “In a little bit less than 3 years, we have managed to establish our company as a sought-after employer in our industry in Asia.”

He added that the company encourages its employees to take ownership and trusts them to drive Archroma’s success.
