Archroma bags two awards in Pakistan
Textile chemicals manufacturer Archroma’s Pakistan division has been named multinational employer of the year for the second year in a row by the Employers Federation of Pakistan (EFP). 

The company received the award in recognition of its excellence in a range of areas including corporate management, industrial relations, observance of labour standards, best practices in finance, ethical marketing management, employee motivation and team week. 

Archroma said the award “underscores the company’s focused commitment to corporate social responsibility initiatives.” It added that it would continue to work to maintain high standards in occupational health and safety and to ensure environmental protection through recycling and reuse at all of its sites in Pakistan. 

It was a double celebration for Archroma Pakistan at the ceremony in Karachi as its CEO, Mujtaba Rahim, collected the award for the best CEO of the year. 

The awards were accepted on behalf of the company by Vagar Arif (centre), head of finance at Pakistan Archroma.
