Garmon aims for closer relationships with its customers

Italian denim chemicals maker Garmon has offered details about some of the changes that have taken place within its business since it was acquired by US ingredient and scientific solution provider Kemin Industries in January.

The company says it plans to build its strategy around three key pillars: sustainability, constant innovation, and stronger relationships with its customers.

To help it achieve its goals, it appointed Donald Mulazzani as its new marketing and business development director in February.

“We are strategically planning to grow our business. In order to achieve our objectives, we will be completely in tune with our customers’ needs, to become the real link that joins chemistry, fashion and sportswear,” he said.

In order to ensure the continuity of its business, Maurizio Cappellini remains in his position as president of Garmon Chemicals.

Garmon used the recent Kingpins Amsterdam show (April 18-19) to present a new range of products designed to enhance the quality of stretch fabrics. It described the ‘Stretch Care’ collection as “an incredibly flexible product range”.

Garmon’s global headquarters remain in the Republic of San Marino.
