New owner for Garmon Chemicals

US ingredient and scientific solution provider Kemin Industries has agreed a deal to acquire Italian denim chemicals maker Garmon.

Kemin operates in a variety of fields, including animal nutrition and health, food technology and biofuels, but this marks its first foray into the textile market. 

Garmon will be gradually integrated into its new parent company in the coming months, but its customers will continue to be served by the Garmon brand. Its global headquarters will remain in the Republic of San Marino.
