Decathlon sustainability team visits Radici Group

Around 60 people from sports group Decathlon spent a week in Italy in mid-July to visit suppliers and attend seminars, all with the aim of renewing their commitment to eco-design, the circular economy, lowering Decathlon’s environmental impact and so on.

Companies they visited included Bergamo-based nylon and polyester fibre producer Radici Group, spending a morning holding discussion sessions with members of the Radici leadership team and the afternoon at one of the company’s production sites witnessing the polymerisation of nylon 6 and yarn processing.
