UK’s outdoor companies invited to Brexit event

The UK-based Outdoor Industries Association (OIA) has received government funding to help outdoor sector businesses prepare for Brexit.

The UK is scheduled to leave the European Union at the end of October, but many are unsure of how it will affect them.

The full-day event is being held at the Royal Geographic Society in London on 22 October and is free to attend, even if the companies are not members of the OIA.

Topics will include politics and policy, currency, tourism and the impact on the European outdoor market.
