361 Degrees doubled offline sales this Labour Day
Athletic footwear and apparel brand 361 Degrees, based in the Fujianese city of Xiamen, saw its total offline sales increase by 52% year on year (YOY) during the five-day Labour Day holiday in China between April 29 and May 3.
At category level, sales of adult apparel were up 47% versus last year, with childrenswear also up 72%.
Hong Kong-listed 361 Degrees is currently preparing for the nineteenth edition of the Asian Games, now due to run in Hangzhou from September 23 to October 8 after covid concerns postponed the event, known as Hangzhou 2022, last year. The company will once again support proceedings as an official sponsor.
According to local media, 361 Degrees unveiled its final designs for the official Hangzhou 2022 sports uniforms at the Canton Shoe Fair in Guangzhou in early May.
The brand grew 17% YOY in 2022, reaching just over $1 billion (¥6.96 billion) in total revenue.
