South Korean synthetic fibredeveloper Hyosung has recognised former European marketing manager Claire O’Neill with a promotion to the role of European brand marketing director, effective this month.

Prior to joining Hyosung in 2021, UK-based Ms O’Neill latterly worked for fibre producers The Lycra Company and Invista, plus lectured in fashion marketing at Nottingham Trent University.

She began her career as a senior designer at a company called Advanced Textile Printers in 1989, after studying at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and Crawford College of Art and Design in Ireland.
