Leading sports brand places order for Kraig Biocraft spider silk

Kraig Labs has announced that a “leading performance sports brand” has placed an order for its next-generation spider silk. Details remain under wraps, including the name of the brand. It announced that it will be producing yarns tailored to the specifications requested by the customer’s development team. Delivery is expected in the first quarter of next year.

The company is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and operates a production facility in Vietnam.
