JOTT, for Just Over The Top!, a brand of puffer jackets founded in Marseille in 2010, has announced it is looking for a buyer. Placed in receivership on December 18, 2025, court-appointed administrators, AJILINK and Horizon AJ, have launched a call for tenders with a deadline set for January 30, 2026.

L Catterton became a shareholder in 2022 and initiated a new strategy, shifting progressively away from wholesale to direct sales with the establishment of a branded retail network. There are now some 70 JOTT stores, 44 are managed directly by the company and the remaining by franchise partners. 

The group employs approximately 360 people and had consolidated revenues of €70 million in 2024.
