Chemical company Rhodia and Italian yarn producer Fulgar will present their latest collaborative textile innovation, Emana, at Interfilière, which runs from July 7 to 9, in Paris.

Emana has been used in various collections of sportswear, underwear and shapewear that will be on show at the trade fair, including fabrics from Piave Maitex, Sitip, Taiana, Liebaert, Sofileta and Brugnoli Giovanni.

Emana is a polyamide 66 yarn with bioactive mineral crystals in its polymer matrix. According to the manufacturers, it aids blood circulation and cellular metabolism, improves the elasticity and smoothness of the skin, reduces signs of cellulite and prevents muscle fatigue.
