Swimwear boost as Sitip launches fabrics with Creora chlorine-resistant elastane

22/01/2015
Italian warp knitter Sitip will have a number of new technical fabrics for autumn/winter 2016/2017 on show at the upcoming trade shows, including a fluorine-free version of its Acqua Zero fabric.

Acqua Zero uses a water repellent technology and for swimwear is combined with Creora chlorine-resistant highclo elastane, an eco-version of which will be launched at the show.

Microsense, also with creora highclo elastane, offers the benefit of long lasting fit and shape retention for swimwear.

Eclipse has ‘cool-touch slickness’ with higher opacity for additional modesty in whites. For active wear and swimwear, Eclipse offers high UV protection, printability and long lasting fit.

For yogawear, Creora Color+ dyeable spandex offers stretch in ranges from comfort to core stability.

Sitip will exhibit at Ispo Munich, February 4 to 8.

Hyosung, maker of Creora, will be exhibiting at the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, January 21-25, in Salt Lake City.
