Hyosung’s new Textile Development Centre will feed growing creora demand

Elastane manufacturer Hyosung has increased capacity in China and Vietnam in anticipation of the passing of Transpacific Partnership agreement and to meet growth in demand.

The group has opened a Textile Development Centre in China to focus on fabric development and innovation for its creora product innovation, as well as develop new prototypes.

Hyosung president CH Kim said: “Our innovation platforms are focused on improved processing value, enhanced functionality and new aesthetics. Our new development centre will provide a competitive advantage when combined with our latest manufacturing capability for outstanding quality, consistency and runability.”
