Ibex appoints global production director

Stone brings a wealth of experience to the US company, having worked in the outdoor industry for 21 years. He began his career at Black Diamond, where he worked on the operations side and supply chain side, as well as in product development.
In his role at Ibex, Stone’s responsibilities include product costing, sourcing, production planning, supply chain management, materials management and quality control.
John Fernsell, founder and CEO of Ibex, said: “As we expand our US supply chain, quality and consistency are crucial. Having Ken’s experience and leadership on the production team will ensure that we create the highest-quality products.”
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Vermont, Ibex designs year-round merino wool and organic cotton outdoor clothing and cycling apparel.
