Ibex to donate products to worthy causes

The Ibex Impact Fund has been developing by the company’s internal social responsibility team, which consists of employee volunteers. It will select deserving non-profit groups to receive financial and product donations.
They will be chosen based on a set of parameters that align with Ibex’s corporate values, including: an interest in getting people outside, making outdoor spaces cleaner and more accessible, and support of animal welfare.
“We recognise that we all love to pursue adventures outside in Ibex products, but also know that sometimes an individual or a group isn’t able to get out there; that’s when we want to step in and help make that path accessible,” explained Regan Betts, director of brand for Ibex and a member of its social responsibility team.
In its first year, Ibex will award grants of between $500 and $1,000, which will be presented at the end of 2017. From 2018, it will award grants biannually.
