Colombia success brings IAF role for Botero

The International Apparel Federation (IAF) has named Carlos Botero as its new vice-president. Mr Botero is president of Inexmoda, the company behind the ColombiaTex and ColombiaModa fairs.

On announcing the appointment, the IAF said these fairs have been instrumental in making Colombia, and the city of Medellín especially, into “a strong regional hub for the fashion and textile industries”.
