Colombia to appeal WTO ruling in dispute with Panama

The World Trade Organization has said in a ruling dated November 27 that tariffs imposed by Colombia on imports of clothing and footwear from Panama are unfair. The dispute dates back to 2013.

Colombia has said it intends to appeal the decision.
