Directa Plus graphene products certified as non-irritating

Producer and supplier of graphene-based products Directa Plus has announced that its Graphene Plus (G+) membrane and G+ printed fabrics have received certification to confirm they cause no irritation to the human skin. The certification comes from toxicity testing organisation Complife Italia. Tests involved 48-hour patch tests on 25 individuals.
 
On announcing the new certification, Giulio Cesareo, chief executive officer of Directa Plus, said: “We are pleased to have our G+ membrane and printed fabrics proven to be non-irritating to human skin. This adds to the certification we received last year that our graphene-based materials are non-toxic and non-cytotoxic. We have always prided ourselves on the safety and environmental credentials of our production processes and graphene-based products, and this new certification further represents that commitment.”
