Mr Buchen has more than 20 years of experience in sales, sourcing and operations. He was most recently vice president of global sourcing and operations for Lacoste in Hong Kong and vice president of global sourcing in New York. He has also held leadership positions at Under Armour, Li & Fung and VF Corporation.
