Polygiene strengthens its technical team in the Americas

Odour control technology provider Polygiene has appointed Henry Krause as technical director for its business in South and Central America, as well as the US. He will be based in Chile.

Mr Krause arrives at Polygiene after 20 years in the performance chemicals and textiles sectors. His roles have included sales, product development and technical support at companies such as Nano-Tex, Sciessent and HeiQ. 

In his new position, he will offer sales and technical support to Polygiene’s brand partners in the region, as well as to US partners using production facilities in the region.

Announcing the appointment, Ulrika Björk, CEO of Polygiene, said: “I am delighted to get Henry on the team. He has a vast experience of the textile market in this region and he will be instrumental both in regional sales and technical support to the mills and production sites. As Brazil is about to take off with several partners in the pipeline and the US is growing within new segments, the timing is perfect for this addition to the team.”
