Polygiene puts the focus on Brazil

On making the announcement, Polygiene described Brazil as “by far the most important market to target in Latin America”. It explained that it is still an important economic power, in spite of the recent economic challenges the country has faced.
Peter Sjösten, Polygiene’s vice president of commercial operations, said: “We are getting a terrific response when we are meeting companies, both in terms of our functionality as well as our sustainability story. Polygiene is seen as a perfect fit in this hot and humid climate. We are already in contact with a number of major potential partners and are hoping to close some important deals soon.”
As part of a wider focus on the Americas, Polygiene now also has a local distributor in El Salvador, which will cover Central America and Mexico.
