Consumers to highlight garment makers in social media challenge
During Fashion Revolution Week (22 to 28 April), Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) has asked consumers to share photos of outfits on social media with the hashtags #ClothesWithIntention or #WhoMadeMyClothes to show the story behind garments they wear and encourage people to think about supply chains.

Organisers say the social media challenge “has the potential to cause a bigger wave of social change for garment workers”.

Fashion Revolution Day (24 April) commemorates the 2013 collapse of the Rana Plaza garment factory in Bangladesh.

FWF member companies represent over 130 brands and are based in Europe; member products are sold in over 20,000 retail outlets in more than 80 countries.
