Allied Down celebrates brand partner milestone

Founded in 2015, this platform is used by a wide range of companies from the outdoor, lifestyle, fashion and bedding industries. It allows them to trace the origins of the down they use, taking into account issues such as sustainability and animal welfare.
In addition, Allied says a number of them have integrated the platform into their own websites, allowing consumers to check where the down in their products comes from.
“We are truly honoured that the industry has been willing to follow our lead to create a more sustainable, cruelty free and transparent source for the finest natural insulation on earth,” said Daniel Uretsky, president of Allied Feather & Down. “We knew it was necessary to develop a tool that would engage the potential purchaser of a down product to help them make more informed decisions.”
