Arc’teryx sub-label debuts performance denim
Veilance, the more fashion-focused sub-label of outdoor technical brand Arc’teryx, is for the first time using performance denim in its latest collection.

Available from February, the Cambre jacket and pant are constructed with raw Japanese denim with hollow core polyester, said to increase durability while decreasing material weight. The Japanese textiles, combined with ergonomic 3D patterning and laminated construction are designed to allow unrestricted movement and a natural colour fade over time.

Veilance, launched by Arc’teryx in 2009, is described as “a system of essential forms designed for navigating and responding to urban environments” that “offers climate controlling solutions in a system of modular layers”.
