VF Foundation outlines impact of donations in first report

It has published its first impact report, in which it focuses on three areas: increasing equitable outdoor access and conservation, educating leaders in the apparel and footwear industry, and “empowering the freedom of self-expression”.
The foundation distributed $400,000 for covid-19 relief efforts and disaster relief, such as helping garment workers in Asia who lost jobs due to the pandemic.
Gloria Schoch, executive director of the foundation, said: "We’re proud to issue this report and share stories of the impact we’ve helped create in the communities where VF operates.”
VF Corp owns brands including The North Face, Timberland and Vans.
