VF Corp helps vaccination effort in Cambodia
Outdoor clothing and footwear group VF Corp is teaming up with charity WaterAid to support Cambodia’s vaccination programme “to protect the health of workers and keep the supply chain steady”.
Factories in South East Asia have closed in recent months as officials tried to stem the spread. However, this has resulted in loss of income and food shortages.
More than 20,000 factory workers and 300,000 citizens have been vaccinated as part of the programme, and over 100,000 people across five provinces have received hygiene supplies.
VF owns brands including the North Face, Vans and Timberland.
