Fresh brand concept for Bemberg with incoming Italy CEO
14/12/2021
Mr Hamada has spent more than five years in the Italian headquarters in Gallarate, working with Italian partners.
The group is also celebrating the 90th anniversary of its Bemberg fibre with a brand overhaul.
Bemberg is a regenerated cellulose fibre made from the smart tech transformation of cotton linters - short downy fibre enfolding cotton seeds. Its pre-consumer materials are obtained from the manufacturing process of cotton oil that are converted through a closed loop process in Nobeoka, Japan.
Eisaku Maeda, Bemberg’s senior general manager, said: “We are pleased to celebrate 90 years of Bemberg and we thank all our partners and friends in the world for the great support in these years…but we are already projected toward the centennial.
"Responsible innovation is a continuous improvement process we want to share with our premium community and market. This is the only way to perform toward a new contemporary consumer looking for new generation of values.”
