Steady growth for Lululemon
Canadian brand Lululemon Athletica has announced a 7% rise in first quarter revenue to $2.4 billion, with a nearly 20% growth in international sales.
CEO Calvin McDonald said: "We achieved growth across channels, categories, and markets, including the US, reflecting the continued strength and agility of our business model.
"Customers responded well to the product innovations, newness and brand activations we delivered around the world.”
For the second quarter, the company expects 7% growth and sales of around $2.5 billion.
