Goldwin invests in Ambercycle for 2027 scale-up
Goldwin Play Earth Fund, co-managed by Goldwin Venture Partners and Ignition Point Venture Partners, has invested in Ambercycle, the Los Angeles-based maker of textile-to-textile recycled polyester Cycora.
Shay Sethi, co-founder and CEO of Ambercycle, said: "Bringing Cycora to Japan offers a great opportunity to reach a market known for its precision, craftsmanship and technical innovation.

A limited quantity of Cycora will be featured in Goldwin's autumn/winter 2025 collection, with both teams currently co-developing products for a full-scale launch in the autumn-/winter 2027 season.
Previously, Goldwin has invested in carbon dioxide-derived polyester and brewed protein polymers.
