Private equity firm Compass Diversified, owner of PrimaLoft, has announced that Anne Cassava, CEO since late 2023, stepped down earlier this week and is being replaced by Eric Weis. Mr. Weis was previously head of sales and marketing for BOA, where he spent the last 15 years. In adjacent news, PrimaLoft board member Shawn Neville, CEO of BOA, has been elevated to chairman of the board.
